The first step is to go online at tosa.soccer to see available programs at any particular time of the year for your player’s age group. We often have wait-lists in certain age groups so it’s best to register early.

One of our guiding principles is to group like-abled players together in appropriate and safe age groupings. We tier our training groups in all age brackets from 5-18. This is simply to ensure that all players are adequately challenged. We usually take the first session(s) to determine where players fit. There are times when we move players between training groups as the program progresses but we try to keep things as consistent as possible.

No, there is no kit to purchase. A training jersey is provided. Soccer shoes and shinpads are required.

Players develop technical skills like ball control, passing, dribbling, and shooting, alongside tactical understanding through decision-making, spatial awareness, and game intelligence. Crucially, they also learn essential life skills such as teamwork, communication, discipline, time management, problem-solving, and perseverance, which transfer directly to their academic and personal lives. There is a major emphasis on FUN and on developing a love for the game.
