1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

Our programs are available for youth aged 4–17. Parents or legal guardians must complete registration for minors.

3. Program Registration & Payment

All registrations must be completed through our official channels.
Payment must be made in full before participation.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated (e.g., program cancellation by the academy).

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to show respect, sportsmanship, and discipline. We reserve the right to remove any participant for misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of academy rules.

5. Safety & Liability

We prioritize participant safety; however, sports involve inherent risks.
By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Thompson Okanagan Soccer Academy is not liable for injuries or losses incurred during participation, except in cases of proven negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, images, and materials, are owned by or licensed to Thompson Okanagan Soccer Academy and may not be used without permission

7. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to manage registrations, communications, and services.
